Gunshy is a zine, a club for music and writing. Mary, and Jamie (j.w.m.) live in Fredericton, New Brunswick; Scott (passerine songs) lives in Montréal, Quebec; Michael (melves) lives in Winnipeg, Manitoba; Steph (stephaniejohns) lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Aimee lives in Charlottetown, PEI; Gerry lives in Toronto, Ontario; and Andrew lives in Gander, Newfoundland.

We are looking for Canadian contributors to share writing, photos, and videos pertaining to music and music-related topics. Email us if you’re interested in getting involved, we’d like to hear your ideas.

Along with writing about our favourite bands, Gunshy is also in the “business” of promoting small DIY shows in conjunction with Fredericton’s Gallery Connexion. We’re especially interested in working with performers who may not fit in at traditional venues. Give us your strange, your loud, your van-weary masses yearning to breathe free of the tyranny of dumb bar rock. If that sounds like you or your band, get in touch with us.
